We understand that things happen. Parts are mistakenly ordered, you end up not needing something, the parts aren't compatible with your torch, or the safety gear doesn't fit the way you like. Not a problem. We are committed to meeting your return request expectations. Below are a few guidelines to help ensure your return process goes smoothly.


  • Returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number referenced; unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • With a few exceptions, any new, unused, and unaltered item can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Original freight charges will not be credited.
  • Returns require proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order or Invoice number.
